Would you drive to LAX, park, deal with the crowds and clear security just to eat at a Morimoto restaurant? Highly unlikely. But if you happen to be passing through Terminal 5 on September 13 and after, you can check out the Iron Chef's new Skewers restaurant. The concept is based on Japanese street and bar food, especially yakitori and fried specialties. This is part of the big effort to bring better food to the airport, with locals like Ben Ford (Ford's Filling Station), Jimmy Shaw (Loteria Grill) and Mark Peel (Campanile) opening restaurants in Terminals 4, 5 and 7.
