Christoffer Hruskova, the head chef at Michelin starred Danish Restaurant North Road, has left the restaurant. No word on why, or where he is going next, but a slightly cagey restaurant manager informed us the sous chef has taken over preparing the innovative Scandinavian dishes until they decide on a more permanent arrangement.
Hruskova, who also opened Fig (now Fig Bistro) in 2005, was with the restaurant since it opened in 2010.
