BrisketTown Wants To Give You Free Meat

Carvnivores, you might want to hitch a train over to BrisketTown. The new concept is a spinoff of BrisketLab, a series of Texas-style barbecue dinners that are hosted by an NYC native who's hoping to open his own restaurant after cutting his chops with these temporary gigs. BrisketTown is a pop-up 'cue shop debuting sometime this Fall in lower Manhattan. If you want to become a resident of this town, you can order your meat in advance - guests can log onto the website and pre-order as many pounds as you can handle.

They've already sold over a ton in 24 hours - and have about 2,500 pounds left to go at press time.
If you want to get your brisket without breaking the bank, they're giving away a half-pound every hour to someone that helps to spread the word. All you have to do is send a Twitter or Facebook message using the hashtag #BrisketTown. Drool.
