Blanch and Shock Food Design Launch at The Endurance

Blanch & Shock- the experimental food design group - have taken up at The Endurance on Berwick Street until September 1. This residency is the first in a series by Food Spectrum, a new initiative that aims to give young, creative chefs a platform to try out their skills for one month at a time in the traditional Victoria pub in Soho.

It will open for lunch and snacks during the week and a special Saturday night tasting menu. The food? Expect the unexpected. You'll find a daily changing menu of market fresh dishes like barbecued mackerel with buttermilk, cured bream or hay; and malt tarts with strawberries.
