Best Thing We Ate Last Night: Sausages From Link-n-Hops

You already know there's a sausage and beer invasion in LA. Every neighborhood seems to have a good wurst spot, one with craft brews on tap and a low-key, communal vibe. Last night we stopped in Atwater Village's newbie, Link-n-Hops, for a quick bite and a beer. It's almost a blatant rip-off of Wurstkuche, down to the many dipping sauces for the fries, but it does the trick for anyone in the neighborhood not wanting to drive Downtown. Copycat or not, the wild boar and marsala sausage we had was super juicy and flavorful. We opted for peppers and onions on top, and it didn't really need anything else. The fries were too hot and greasy to eat right away, but once we could, they were gone in a flash. Decent beer list, to boot.
