Crave Fishbar recently opened in Midtown East, and there are plenty of things to like on the menu. A selection of sashimi was light and fresh, the lobster curry had a nice balance of spice that didn't drown out the crustacean and the pastas provided a swell option for folks who aren't in a fishy mood (and paired nicely with one of the roses on offer). The narrow space was crowded and the folks chillin' out in Midtown East seemed to dig the service. Or maybe they were just enamored with the little chocolate fish that came to the table alongside the check. It's tiny details like these that make restaurants stand out - we left with a good taste in our mouth and a good feeling about the joint, so color us charmed.
