Taking over neighborhood institution Lahiere's, seasonal, farm-based
Agricola from restaurateur Jim Nawn aims to open in Princeton this fall. The 200-seat restaurant will source ingredients from Nawn's own Great Road Farm, along with other local purveyors, with New Jersey native Josh Thomsen (formerly of
French Laundry and
Tao) acting as executive chef. Expect dinner to start, with lunch and brunch to follow (11 Witherspoon St.; 609-681-2877).
