Would You Be On a Foodie Dating Show?

Mr. Right?
Casting call! NBC is looking for contestants for a new dating show for foodies in New York. If How About We and Ok Cupid just aren't doing it for you, maybe you can find love underneath the glaring lights of come television cameras. It worked for, well, we can't actually remember a reality show couple that stayed together, but we're sure you can pull it off.

Part Master Chef, part The Bachelor, here is a description of the show from the casting notice: "Each episode pits real-life single men in competition with each other in the kitchen as they try to win the affection of our lovely bachelorette. The single guys will field questions while simultaneously cooking the bachelorette's favorite dish. With the clock ticking down...who can keep their cool, let their personality shine and deliver the dish that will seal the deal? In the end the best plate gets the date!" Barf. Ahem..uh..we mean sounds great! Even better? The notice stipulates that "cooking skills aren't required." Go ahead guys, win her heart with some George Foreman-grilled hot dogs. What do you think, is this a good way to find love? [Eater]
