Weekend Foodie Happenings in London: July 12-15

Thursday
Book now for the next installment in the 'Cooking with Rowley' series in which food writers and cooks join Rowley Leigh in his kitchen at Le Cafe Anglais to prepare a one-off collaborative dinner. Next up is food writer James Ramsden followed by Polpetto head chef Florence Knight, chef Gizzi Erskine and others. To book (£50) call 020 7221 1415.

Friday
Starve yourself in anticipation of St. Martin's Courtyard Global Food Festival (12-5 PM). The open-air street food market offers Thai, British, Mexican and Italian food, drink and culture from local restaurants including Dishoom, Bill's and Dalla Terra.


Saturday
Take a day-trip to Far East via London's first Vietnam Summer Festival (11 AM-5 PM). In addition to the more than 30 food stalls servings dishes from different regions, there will be cooking demonstrations, arts and crafts stands, live music and art exhibitions.

Sunday
For a taste of Spain, make your way to the Southbank for Rioja Tapas Fantasicas - the free festival celebrating the country's food, wine and lifestyle. Wash down tapas from a selection of restaurants including Jose and Copito with Rioja wine.
