Two New Lunch and Happy Hour Options For Downtown

Soleto Trattoria softly opened a few weeks ago, but word comes today that Innovative Dining Group's new Downtown restaurant has officially opened, and by that they mean lunch and happy hour have been added. Financial District drones can now stop in for antipasti, salad, pizza and paninis during the day, and enjoy drink and food specials for happy hour (3-7 PM) Monday through Friday. The restaurant is open for dinner nightly (808 S. Figueroa St.; 213.622.3255).

Just around the corner in the WaterMarke Tower, Towne Food + Drink expanded hours today, now offering lunch in addition to dinner. The daytime menu - lobster mac, wood-grilled octopus with heirloom tomatoes and artichokes, house-made Twinkies - is available from 11 AM-3 PM. Happy Hour drink and eat deals debut on Monday (705 W. 9th St.; 213-623-2366).
