The Standard Plaza Now Open With Seamus Mullen at the Helm

The Standard Hotel opened a new seasonal summer eatery called The Standard Plaza on Saturday, whose menu is designed by Tertulia's Seamus Mullen. The restaurant is located in front of the hotel, under the High Line at the intersection of 13th and Washington Streets and will feature an array of casual summery dishes with a slight Spanish influence prepared both on a charcoal grill and/or wood-fired oven. While most of the seating is outside, there are a few tables inside the hotel lobby that offer most of the same menu. The restaurant will be open from now until Sept. 30 for both lunch and dinner.
