Speaking of off-the-grid summer dining destinations, concert goers who make the trek to Jones Beach to watch their favorite bands are now able to gorge on lobster rolls, fried clams and fresh flounder at a new concession run by Butler's Flat, an eatery in Port Washington. While the sport stadiums get all the attention for their new and improved grub options, it's also nice to score something other than a natty hot dog when you're catching a band. The new stand is owned by one of the managing partners at Marc Forgione in TriBeca, so we're thinking you can expect quality fare. The operation opened last week, just in time for a Phish concert. We're thinking attendees overcome by the munchies were much obliged.
