On Tuesday July 24, join chef Marc Anthony Bynum (of Chopped fame) for an exclusive four-course summer spread at Meatpacking's Vinatta Project. Chef Bynum will personally curate the meal for guests which costs $75 or $135 with wine pairing (tax and gratuity not included). Expect summer favorites like heirloom tomato and rocket salad with fennel, citrus vinaigrette, Marcona almonds and Point Reyes cheese; and day boat scallops with fava beans and scallop jus.
