Dogs have enjoyed restaurant patios around LA, with or without an official city ordinance, for years. That's fine by us, as long as the pooch - and more importantly, the pooch's owner - is well behaved. The other day this little guy was
caught "guarding the condiments" at
The Oinkster in Eagle Rock, which does have a great patio. Hopefully he was rewarded with a few bites of pastrami for his diligence. Even though our four-legged friends can go just about anywhere now, here are
