The fabulous bakers over at Proof Bakery are apparently recipe testing, as this tease just showed up on the Atwater Village spot's Facebook page: "Next week's forecast: Ice Cream Sandwiches & Affogatos." Turns out you will find ice cream sandwiches next week, made with chocolate chip and Maldon Sea salt cookies and Strauss organic vanilla ice cream. Something to look forward to after a nice long holiday.
