Following a recent trip to the west coast of America, Byron founder Tom Byng kindly brought back us a piece of the Sunshine State. Launching tomorrow is the Californian Burger - a 6oz hamburger served in a glazed bun with guacamole, pickled red onion and dry cure bacon. Sadly the limited edition burger will only be available until August 27. Another reason to be sad when summer is over.
