Lemon Hill Hosts Summer Wine Dinner on July 30th

Old meets new at the upcoming July 30 wine dinner held at Fairmont's Lemon Hill. To match the summer appropriate selections chosen by Ryan Fonash of Vintage Imports, chef Mitch Prensky will be preparing four courses of both classic and modern dishes, ranging from sole bonne femme (Dover sole with white wine and butter) to foie gras with beet honey, purslane and cornbread crumble. Seats are going quickly, so call for reservations (6 PM; $48 per person; 215-232-2299).
