Japanese Restaurant Planned for Former Romera Space

Flo Fab has word on what will occupy the now-shuttered Romera inside the Dream Downtown in the months to come: Jonathan Morr, a partner in Bond St. and Republic has plans to open a yet unnamed Japanese eatery with "French sensability" with a new space designed by Studio Gala. Morr also hopes to turn the space into "more of a lounge atmosphere" for late night. Bond St. chef Marc Spitzer will consult on the project. File under developing...
