Haute Cuisine on The London Eye

The London dining scene has reached dizzying new heights.

'Dinner at 135' is a three-course meal prepared by Rhubarb Catering and served in a capsule on The London Eye - 135 metres above the ground. Dinner (roast rack of lamb, lobster salad, fillet of halibut, champagne and more) starts at 8.30 PM once the tourists have left, so diners can have the wheel to themselves. A proper table with white linens and fancy glassware are brought in, and waitstaff are on hand to serve each course - one per rotation. What do you think: haute or not?
