The calm before the daily storm at Third and Fairfax

Sausages, sliders, chow mein, pizza, falafel, po' boys, gumbo, carnitas, ice cream, apples, peanut butter, cocktails, milkshakes, stinky cheeses, habanero sauce, vegetables, chocolate licorice - what do you love most at the Original Farmers Market? If you don't know already, decide next Tuesday (July 17) while sampling around the historic building at Third and Fairfax at the Taste of the Farmers Market. Tickets ($35 if you buy today, $40 beginning July 10) allow unlimited tastes plus two drinks at any participating vendor, which includes faves like Loteria Grill, Monsieur Marcel, Singapore's Banana Leaf, Bob's Donuts and even Short Order. There will also be live music and free parking during the event (5-9 PM). Get tickets here.
