Northeast Kingdom has been raising his own pig, “King Arthur” since December. And while the porker has proven a lively companion for the chef, King Arthur will soon go from mascot to meal on August 10, when he will be nobly sacrificed for a nose-to-tail feast. Two seatings, 5pm and 9pm, are $130 all-inclusive for 10 passed appetizers, 10 courses, wine pairings, cocktail hour, tax and tip. Read about Arthur and Adey’s adventures in the chef’s blog
