Chef Kevin Adey of Northeast Kingdom has been raising his own pig, “King Arthur” since December. And while the porker has proven a lively companion for the chef, King Arthur will soon go from mascot to meal on August 10, when he will be nobly sacrificed for a nose-to-tail feast. Two seatings, 5pm and 9pm, are $130 all-inclusive for 10 passed appetizers, 10 courses, wine pairings, cocktail hour, tax and tip. Read about Arthur and Adey’s adventures in the chef’s blog here. And if you’re able to maintain a regal stiff-upper-lip (the King would have wanted it that way), reserve for the feast by calling 718-386-3864.
