Many folks might contend that cocktails and food do not go together as well as beer and wine. Some can be a burning boozy assault on the palate, others too strongly flavored in their own right to play nice with the subtle flavors of gourmet cuisine. But darn it, we love our cocktails! So in this current liquid climate, arguably the second "Golden Age" of cocktails, we asked some local eateries to give it their best shot and pair some dishes with libations.
