Choose between the Mango Cooler with Stoli Vanilla vodka and mango sorbet, the Smooth Sailin’ with lemon sorbet and Ketel One Citron, and the Boozy Bon Bon with chocolate ice cream and Godiva mocha liquer. Fleming’s Prime Steak House & Wine Bar has a special summer menu showcasing cooling sangrias. The Silver Sun is made with Red Diamond merlot infused with fresh fruit, Milagro Silver tequila and a touch of Crème de Cassis, muddled blackberries and fresh lemon. There's also an accompanying prix fixe that includes fresh summer salad, prime New York strip with Jamican jerk rub, and a chilled white chocolate almond soufflé. The three-course meal is $39.95; glass of sangria is $7.95, through July 15, when a new menu and new sangria will be available (617-292-0808).
The Emerald Lounge in the Revere Hotel, Boston Common, has a new grownup popsicle twist to its cocktails. The Slippery When Wet is a wheat-grass infused fruit popsicle served in a glass of sparkling prosecco. Sounds like a heat buster to us (available 4:30-9 PM; $10. 617-457-2626).
