I love all the food from Thailand. I always make sure I have my own share of them everytime I'm doing my yearly Thai travel. As for the vote, Indie Cafe, rocks!:)
ReplyDeleteBeen to some of these, but haven't found a better storefront Thai restaurant than Tub Tim Thai in Skokie.
ReplyDeleteRoong Petch in Ravenswood is my favorite. Their pad thai is light and fresh, never greasy. The interior isn't much to write home about but it's divine for takeout!
ReplyDeletesilom 12 in bucktown!!! the chef has a fine dining background in thailand and the crabs rangoon, shrimp , thai osso bucco, etc is pretty fabulous.. not expensive but stylish and casual. great drinks served by the owner also.
