“Top Chef Masters” premiers tonight wit not one but two chefs representing Chicago. Chef Takashi Yagihashi (Takashi, and Slurping Turtle) and chef Art Smith (Table Fifty-Two) will take on 10 other contestants during the fourth season of the Bravo show (you can read about all of them here).
This season takes the chefs to Las Vegas to cook for a slew of celebrities and judges. Each chef will be competing for a charity of their choice. Chicago Redeye spoke with both chefs about their thoughts on the show.
