There's a few change ups happening on or near Chelsea's Eighth Avenue strip. First up we have word that a shuttered Qdoba Mexican Grill will be replaced by a branch of
Organic Avenue Boutique - signage is in the storefront on 216 Eighth Avenue near 21st Street. There area already a number of locations of this chain -including one down on Eighth near Jane Street.
There's also a new frozen yogurt shop coming to the neighborhood which should provide some competition for the
16 Handles that's near 19th Street. This is the second Manhattan outpost, and you'll be able to drop by this fall when it opens at 248 West 23rd St. It should make for a good pre or post-movie treat, as it's right next to the Clearview Chelsea Cinemas.
