We really can't decide if this trend is brilliant or crazy? On one hand, there have been so many other meats put on top of burgers (pig belly, hot dogs, et al) that we are at least intrigued. On the other, it feels like the beef would completely drown out the delicate flavor of the lobster. What's your take on Surf-n-Turf burgers - let us know in the comments.
