The Best Thing We Ate This Week in London: Tuna Sashimi Taco at Nobu

This delightful little appetiser is a perfect example of the Peruvian influence at the popular Japanese restaurant Nobu.

A mini taco shell filled with melt-in-your mouth tuna sashimi (salmon, lobster or King crab are also available) is topped with onion and cilantro and served with a chilled tomato salsa on the side. We recommend adding a dash of soya sauce to slightly soften the crunchy shell and season the tuna. Be warned - this is not an easy dish to eat elegantly but we think some things are worth making a mess over.
