Applebee's Makes Over Menu, Ad Campaign with "Fresh" Focus

Mega-chain Applebee's is joining just about every other chain restaurant and snack company out there by retooling its food and ads to focus on "fresh" ingredients. Its new slogan? "See you tomorrow." Applebee's President Mike Archer fills USA Today in on their new strategy: "The food. We're focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients and improving flavor profiles. We're signaling the change by revitalizing the stores. And we're communicating the change with a campaign about the freshness and food quality."
