Forget strawberries and cream, this is how we plan to celebrate the end of Wimbledon. Until 13 July (next Friday), 34 in Mayfair are serving this 'Advantage 34' dessert.
The ball of white Valrhona chocolate is dusted green and sits on chocolate popping candy 'soil' decorated with edible flowers. When it is served a hot strawberry sauce is poured over the ball, melting the chocolate and revealing a filling of strawberries, elderflower ice cream and elderflower sherbet.
