5 Things You Need to Know About Dach & Sons - Now Open in London

This summer we are silly for sausages. The much anticipated Bubbledogs is due to open in August serving hot dogs and champagne, but in the meantime, satisfy your craving at Dach & Sons - a Hampstead restaurant opening today specialising in hot dogs, sliders and American whiskey. Here is what you need to know:

1. All produce is locally sourced, and the frankfurters and burgers are made on site by an in-house butcher.

2. This is the first restaurant venue from the guys behind Worship Street Whistling Shop and Purl, so expect some theatrical cocktail making behind the bar.

3. Forget fries and try something more adventurous as a side dish like bone marrow popcorn or salt beef chili.

4. The three-story space houses a New York-inspired, industrial-feel restaurant on the ground floor, a second Purl speakeasy bar on the first floor and a decked roof terrace above that.

5. They don't take reservations. Expect a queue.
