Umami's "Pink Slime Burger" at the chain's
Taste of the Nation booth on June 10. The patty is made of chicken liver mousse covered with something called "jelly spray." Looks may be deceiving: For those who love chicken liver, it might be delicious. But if it's true we eat with our eyes, this might stop a few people in their tracks. So, would you eat it?
