Weekend Planner: Feast Your Way Through Gay Pride

It's Gay Pride weekend y'all, and while the celebration offers many awesome things to do, eating isn't exactly one of them. Still, we've found a few ways to show your pride and let your foodie flag fly at the same time.

Tonight: San Francisco Pride Soiree

Postrio has come a long way since its iconic halcyon days, but tonight it'll resurrect itself into some sort of Studio 54 as it plays official host to the annual San Francisco Pride Soiree. The evening will include passed hors d'ouevres, multiple hosted bars and complimentary themed cocktails (just what theme, we're not sure) to the thump, thump, thump of live DJs all night long. Still we're most curious about the much-promised x-rated Fusion Liqueur snow cones - send us a pic if you go (8 PM-midnight; $35 at the door or online; proceeds benefit Maitri Compassionate Care, a nonprofit providing services for people living with AIDS).

Saturday EDEN Brunch at Andalu

Fortify yourself before the Dyke March with a brunch party at Andalu. Hosted by EDEN, which is throwing parties all weekend long, the event benefits the Human Rights Campaign. The menu includes a choice of scrambles, waffles, hash and what not, but the real appeal is the company (special "celesbian" guests) and proximity - Andalu is just three blocks away from Dolores Park, where the march begins (11 AM-2:30 PM; $25 per person, must be reserved in advance on online).

Don Your Pizzeria (Delfina) Pride on Saturday

Whether you're heading to the Dyke March or simply bopping around town trying to avoid the whole naked madness, you can show your solidarity by picking up a back-by-popular-demand Pizzeria Delfina Pride T-shirt. The colorful American Apparel shirts ($25) will be available at both Pizzeria Delfina locations on Saturday or online (415-437-6800; 415-440-1189).

Pink Saturday Food Trucks

Whose got time to stop and eat during Pride weekend? The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence's Pink Saturday street party offers the perfect solution. Much of Castro south of Market will be shut down to make way for soundstages and other festivities including a great line-up of food trucks to get you well fed on the go - scheduled vendors include Kasa Indian Eatery, 3-Sum Eats, Hapa SF, Southern Sandwich and many more. Trucks will be parked at Castro and 17th (5 PM-11 PM, get all Pink Saturday details on their event page).

Rainbow Cupcakes at Banker & Baker Bakery

All weekend long, Baker & Banker Bakery will be selling pink, rainbow-sprinkled, vodka-spiked cupcakes filled with lemon curd and topped with raspberry frosting inspired by the mighty Cosmopolitan. The adorable little suckers are $3.25 each and are available at the bakery only from 9 AM-5 PM. Call ahead if you want to reserve a bunch (415-351-2500).
