Payard
It’s summer vacation time, and a lot of you are likely heading to Vegas. The most popular tables in Sin City may be of the craps or blackjack varieties, but there’s plenty of A-list eating to be done during a visit to Las Vegas too. From nostalgic, Rat Pack-era restaurants to noteworthy newcomers not to be missed, here are some of our favorite spots to dine both on and off the Strip (provided you have money left over from those other tables).

If you’re a fan of the Vegas dining scene, be sure to vote here for the city’s best restaurants in our current survey!

  1. We ate at StripSteak and I didn't really think it was worth the investment! Most of the Mandalay Bay restaurants DO offer Restaurant.com gift certificates which helps, but it's still a hefty price. We ate at Bouchon (Thomas Keller's restaurant at the Venetian) and it was AMAZING -- and somewhat reasonable (compared to other high-end restaurants). Also, Wicked Spoon is a great budget-friendly buffet at the Cosmopolitan.
