Two New Spots for Burgers and Dogs

The penchant for posh fast food burns on, so fans of meat that comes packaged in bread will be delighted to hear about two new opportunities to sample exactly that. First up, Patty & Bun, burger fanatics that have been popping up all over the place, have taken up residency in The Endurance on Berwick Street in Soho.
They'll be there Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5:30-10:30 PM for the foreseeable, serving what they describe as "No nonsense, fresh, honest, damn tasty burgers...with some cracking side kicks." Those in the know recommend the Ari Gold - a burger with cheese, pickled onions and smoked mayo, in a brioche bun.

If hot dogs are more your thing, you'll be all too aware of the imminent opening of Bubbledogs, but you might also like to check out Dach & Sons, an NY-inspired Hampstead joint that's opening on July 4 (American Independence Day - see what they did there?) in Hampstead. Anyway, it's from the people behind Purl in Marylebone, but the focus here is on food, specifically, hot dogs. There will be around four on the menu to choose from as well as a burger and sliders, and sides like pickles and a very intriguing-sounding bone marrow popcorn. On your marks, meat fans.
