Tsunami Offshoot Tapasia Opens in Soho

Sushi, Tsunami style

It seems there's no stopping South London's favourite Japanese, Tsunami. After flourishing in Clapham North since 2001, the original spawned a Charlotte Street spin-off in 2008, but now a Soho venture has just opened that's a little bit different from its big sisters. While the rest of us have been busy celebrating the Jubilee, down on Old Compton Street, they've been beavering away to get Tapasia ready. Yep, it's a riff on 'tapas' and Asia, as that's exactly what they'll be serving - Pan-Asian Tapas.
We've not managed to make it in just yet, so we're a little in the dark about what that exactly means, but if you want to head down there to find out, do it quickly and grab yourself a bargain. They're in soft-launch mode at the moment, with 50% off all food, so get yourself down there for lunch today, Tuesday (noon-3 PM); and dinner today and tomorrow, Tuesday and Wednesday (6 PM-9 PM).
