|Swordfish tips are on the menu of Brian Poe's soon-to-open Tip Tap Room|
The menu includes appetizers ($9-$13) like fig stuffed with pancetta and blue cheese; and lobster tips in basil butter. There will also be, natch, 14 different tips ($12-$17), from steak, swordfish and lamb to tofu, elk and rabbit. Here’s a tip: come hungry and come often to get a variety.
