And for those times when you've had way, way too much wine but want something to eat when you are stumbling home, Chelsea newcomer Pounds and Ounces just launched a new late-night bar menu that features a slew of nibbles for $5 if you're parked at the bar or one of the joint's communal tables. $5 gets you lobster corn dogs or sliders and $4 gets you asparagus fries or deviled eggs. The cheapy dishes are available after 11PM on Sundays-Thursdays (and from 4-7PM on the weekdays for those taking part in after work bar-hopping).
