The difference between flatbread and pizza, says Nubar executive chef Bill Flumerfelt, is, well, a case of semantics. “It’s sort of [a] what’s-in-a-name kind of thing,” he says. Toppings range from lamb and duck confit to squash blossoms and the simple tomato-basil. Hungry, yet? Here're our fabulous flatbread picks in the Boston area.
