Stella Rosa's Facebook page is chock-full of pizza porn, but we like the idea of going green today, and this Bloomsdale spinach slice looks just about perfect right now. It's a salad and pizza in one. Although it looks loaded, chef Jeff Mahin's crust never buckles or sags - it stays uniformly crisp on the bottom, making his pies some of the most sought-after on the Westside.
