Atwater Crossing, a very cool performance, art and event space tucked into a very residential block in Atwater Village, unless you knew about it. There's often great comedy, literary readings, live music and art exhibits there, but you can also find some nice wood-fired pizza, too. The kitchen is small, putting out a few pies, salads, a burger, and there are good craft beers and wine at the bar. Go for a quiet lunch, or check it out when something's happening at night, which is often. In addition to seeing this lunchtime flatbread on the Facebook page today, we found out it's classical music tonight. Breezy.
