Nothing like warmer weather to bring people outside, and in the addition of all the rooftops and patios you can currently choose from, there are a couple ones to look forward to as well.
First comes Whiskey Park, which as of yesterday now offers sidewalk seating across from Central Park, as well as a new menu created by the team at fellow Midtown spot Rue 57. Expect eclectic options ranging from small plates to sliders and sushi (212- 307-9222).
Next up, recent visits to Julian Medina's Coppelia and Brooklyn hot spot Battersby revealed that both are working on outdoor spaces. Details were vague, but both are targeting early summer launches, and in Battersby's case, that's especially good news considering the extra backyard seats could help ease the often lengthy waits (212-858-5001; 718-852-8321).
