Only in New York: Strip Club Launches Excellent Brunch Deal

In New York, you can sometimes find deals where you least expect them. Like at the strip club. For brunch. While Champagne guzzling partiers have colozined restaurants like Lavo and Brasserie Beaumarchais to booze it up during the weekend meal, Rick's Cabaret, a gentleman's club near the Empire State building, is trying to lure a different type of party-goer with expanded hours and a new deal. Due to "high demand from customers," the club will open at noon on Saturdays and Sundays and serve brunch 'til 4PM.

The kicker is that Rick's is offering a more generous deal than many other brunch promotions around town. $15 will get you a fixed-price menu that includes a cocktail. Dishes include options like pancakes, eggs Benedict and mac 'n' cheese and additional beverages will be offered for the very reasonable price of $8. And, there's no cover charge, so this deal is legit. Especially because it includes the, er, entertainment. According to Ken Sistrunk, general manager of the club, "the view during the brunch will be the best in New York City with our dozens of gorgeous entertainers strutting their stuff." Yep.
