When the
NY Times restaurant critic swoons, seats fill up, and based on the love letter that Pete Wells published this week, there should be nary an empty stool at Daniel Humm's
NoMad for months to come. The restaurant, which is on our
hottest openings of the year list, impressed the critic, who had great things to say about the food, the beverages and the decor. The moral of the story? Humm and his manager Will Guidara "have done something rather novel and wonderful." Read the

Interestingly enough, this review was published before the restaurant's rooftop dining room was running in full swing - so there's a reason for Pete Wells (and the rest of us) to drop by for another visit.
