New York City is full of pizza joints - from high-end eateries that offer pies from wood-fired ovens to slice shops where you can gorge on $.99 slices (preferably after spending a little to much time at your neighborhood bar). With such a crazy variety, it's really hard to say which is best. Well, below you'll find the top eight NYC pizzas from our 2012 New York City Restaurants guide. The list shows Brooklyn is by far the dominant borough - five of the eight are located there, with two in Manhattan and another in Staten Island. Once you're done scoping the results, be sure to vote for your favorite pizza joint in our NYC Everyday Eats survey, which is live right here.
