Our extensive research of the growing Chicago doughnut scene has "forced us" to sample a few of their flavors. The menu is divided into cake raised and specialty. For a coffee companion we recommend the old-fashioned, and for the raised variety, the raspberry glazed made with homemade raspberry jam makes for a sweet teat. For the ultimate indulgence, try the the chocolate4 - a chocolate cake doughnut, with fudge filling, chocolate ganache and streusel topping - which tastes like an over-the-top birthday cake.
The next location will add the Brown to the list of lines serviced by Glazed and Infused. Just in time for summer, a sugary grab-and-go breakfast is increasingly unavoidable.
