Maialino got all up in our Pizza Week excitement and decided to launch a late-night pizza party, but the timing is pretty sweet, right? The Roman eatery just announced that they will serve a slice of Pizza Bianca topped with pecorino, black pepper, pancetta and an egg yolk along with a AMA Bionda beer from Brooklyn Brewery for a sweet $12. The deal will be available from 9 PM, which is the perfect time to drop by for a walk in table. Things at this joint can get a little pricey, so if you haven't had a chance to sample their fare yet, this is a swell opportunity.
