There has been a lot going on in the city's hotels for food and beverage fans lately, just look at the new rooftop lounge in the
Sanctuary or all the hubbub over at the NoMad. Not to be outdone,
The Roger, a reboot of Roger Williams Hotel near Madison Park, is rolling out some new food and beverage options this week. The property's Parlour Lounge and Restaurant is getting up and running with a menu from chef Julie Farias (
Goat Town) that contains bits like a Pat La Frieda burger and a grilled cheese with fromage from Murray's.
There are also cocktail on hand from Johnny Swet, who played a role in turning
Hotel Griffou and
Jimmy into killer bar scenes. The property's new F&B rolls out on Wednesday, take a look at the new menu below the jump (131 Madison Ave.).
