New food truck alert! This week, Hibachi Heaven made its debut on the streets of NYC, and it's bringing a Japanese grill to a corner near you. The concept it just what it sounds like, without the chef standing in the middle of the table and throwing food into your mouth. Visitors to the truck pick a base, choosing between shrimp, tofu, chicken and beef. The chefs behind the grill throw it together with brown rice, veggies and a sauce like wasabi-infused mayo or "heavenly ginger sauce." Once the combos are done sizzling, it's presented to you in a bowl or as a wrap. Drool. All the standard options are under $10, so you can keep that lunch tab under control.
