Grimaldi's Opens on Coney Island Boardwalk

Word coming out of Coney Island this weekend is that the newest location of Grimaldi's is now open on the Boardwalk, just in time for Pizza Week! Amusing the Zillion, a blog that focuses on Coney Island, reports that the joint opened just in time for this weekend's Mermaid Parade. The outpost was under construction for a few months, and offers a huge improvement to the fare at Ruby's (which is also sporting a new look for this summer). There are 60 seats, so we're predicting that the lines won't be quite as long as the Brooklyn original, but the Grimaldi's will still enforce their famous rules - no slices, no reservations and no credit cards! #pizzaweek
